- Custom software or design services after project initiation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request to cancel their projects at any time by providing written notice.
- If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting the cost of completed work.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@mithilaweb.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your project details, payment proof, and the reason for your request.
- Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of request.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
